Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ customer interface/support experience
  • Managing support for multiple people with competing deadlines
  • Knowledge of standard Aerospace MRO processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening skills with excellent organizational and analytical problem solving skills
  • Computer skills including experience with ERP systems and MS Office
  • Engaging and professional presentation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Focused and team oriented

Responsibilities

  • The Customer Support Representative will serve as primary point of contact for customer related inquiries, coordinate, schedule and process orders and requests to deliver customer satisfaction while meeting set company goals
  • Perform customer requirements
  • Review and process customer repair orders
  • Receive parts into Operating System
  • Generate work orders based on customer requirements
  • Evaluate and coordinate product exchange applications
  • Maintain customer database records
  • Participate in onsite customer audits
  • Coordinate activities and scheduling
  • Other duties assigned by management
