Qualifications

- BA/BS in HR or related field
- 5 years of related professional experience across all aspects of Talent Acquisition
- Experience using an ATS, preferably Luceo (also known as CBAT, a CareerBuilder ATS program)
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures used in a CPG company or the manufacturing industry
- 2 years of experience in the CPG industry
- 5 years of sales and marketing recruiting experience
- DEI Recruiting Certification
Responsibilities
- As a Contract Recruiter you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment for headquarters positions and other roles as needed
- This position regularly manages approximately 15 requisitions
- Use your market knowledge of trends as it relates to talent and ensure we continue to build our talent pipeline
- Assist in the development and execution of the company's diversity recruiting programs
