Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients in the healthcare sector, addressing issues related to medical practice, regulatory compliance, and healthcare laws
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance-related documentation specific to medical practice law
- Assist in managing and representing clients in legal disputes, including medical malpractice claims, contractual disputes, and other litigation matters involving healthcare providers
- Conduct legal research to stay current on healthcare laws and regulations, providing strategic insights to clients and internal teams
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients in the medical field, understanding their needs and providing tailored legal solutions to support their objectives
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal services to clients
