- Proficiency in researching immigration laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Law license (Required)
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and eligibility for
- family-based and employment-based visas, as well as citizenship and naturalization
- Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the immigration process
- Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues in our immigration and personal injury practice groups
