Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with specialized courses in personnel administration or a related field is a MUST
- Three (3) to five (5) years previous Human Resources experience
- Sound knowledge of principles, techniques and methods of personnel practices or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with Managers and assists with the assessment of recruitment/placement needs and develops strategies to meet those needs
- Provides temporary employees upon request and after approval
- Maintains a record of temporary
- Participates in the coordination and compliance of mandatory training internally and with outside
- agencies; collect training materials, course content & slides
- Coordinates employment-related activities with 1199SEIU as necessary
- books, journals and other literature and attending related seminars, conferences and the like
- Assists in maintaining Joint Commission Standards and Performance Improvement plans
- Facilitates related services for health center patients as appropriate with respect to their confidentiality and privacy
- Performs other related duties, as assigned
