Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with specialized courses in personnel administration or a related field is a MUST
  • Three (3) to five (5) years previous Human Resources experience
  • Sound knowledge of principles, techniques and methods of personnel practices or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with Managers and assists with the assessment of recruitment/placement needs and develops strategies to meet those needs
  • Provides temporary employees upon request and after approval
  • Maintains a record of temporary
  • Participates in the coordination and compliance of mandatory training internally and with outside
  • agencies; collect training materials, course content & slides
  • Coordinates employment-related activities with 1199SEIU as necessary
  • books, journals and other literature and attending related seminars, conferences and the like
  • Assists in maintaining Joint Commission Standards and Performance Improvement plans
  • Facilitates related services for health center patients as appropriate with respect to their confidentiality and privacy
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned
