Responsibilities
- The Customer Success manager (CSM) will be responsible for maintaining ongoing DLR
- 50 client account success, providing remote customer service to clients and maintaining strong account relationships
- 50 support model, using their communication and support skills to maximize the potential of each account
- This role will work closely with a team of DLR
- 50 operations associates to support a dedicated book of accounts, while being the main point of contact post account install
- CSMs also provide ongoing Client Support/training throughout the client relationship lifecycle
- Manage and support clients beyond initial program installation
- Provide ongoing training to dealership personnel beyond initial program installation
- Interact remotely with client staff to troubleshoot any issues and provide the appropriate resolution
- Monitor ongoing utilization of dedicated accounts for negative trends in transaction volumes and take appropriate action
- Deliver on client satisfaction goals and targets
- Develop trust relationships with clients to boost retention
