Responsibilities

  • The primary purpose of the VP Sales position is to consistently attain targeted revenue goals and set the vision and strategy for the sales team
  • In order to accomplish these goals, the VP of Sales must develop comprehensive Market Unit sales plans to address: growth in all revenue streams, team and individual objectives, performance standards and team priorities
