Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through cold calling, networking and creative marketing techniques Running background checks on candidates
- Organizing interviews and giving feedback to client manager and candidate
- Collection and submission of candidate profile documents to our clients, maintaining constant communication with both parties and providing a smooth onboarding process
