Responsibilities
- Executes and further develops the customer appreciation program
- § Frequent on-site property management visitations to existing clients to monitor current client satisfaction while promoting additional company service offerings and identify potential new opportunities
- § Creates and executes promotional strategy as it pertains to Marketing responsibilities and relationship management
- Executes customer relationship/ business relationship development program
- § This program generates company promotion to property level, regional management & corporate locations, and construction operations
- Uses ALN Apartment Data services to drive customer relationship management program techniques and methods for company
- § Extended use for research, weekly networking activities and use of system CRM
- § Build out communication and networking plan based on weekly changes provided
- Conducts specified amount of “cold” calling activities as objectively defined by quarterly goals and objectives
- Maintains constant contact with primary Account Manager along with standard weekly review to discuss results, issues and actions items learned each week
- Ensure full utilization and “real time” administrative excellence of company CRM technology and tools
- Timely follow up of applicable submitted client proposals along with ensuring estimating service levels are being maintained
- Regular, timely updates and internal email notifications of new opportunities utilizing current and future CRM pipeline methods
- Participate in weekly pipeline meetings
- Participates in monthly/quarterly sales meetings to define and develop strategy of developing new business and growing existing
- Assist when and where it creates efficiencies in the gathering of information needed for timely client estimates
- As time, knowledge base and context increase, the BDR will be asked to assist with the fundamental qualification of opportunities both tangible and relationship
- Performs other duties as defined
- Apartment Associations representative for active participation and integration into Association activities and committees
- Primary liaison for Houston Apartment Association with sponsorship and collaboration of the Account Management Sales team
- Continually review and assess all print marketing collateral for industry trends and evolving company service offerings
- Participate and promote content gathering and presentation as it pertains to constant contact digital marketing platforms for technology, industry trends and evolving company service offerings
- Participate in applicable marketing initiatives and processes to provide the perspective capital gained/learned from relationship marketing and selling efforts
- Plan, lead and coordinate all market specific event activities
- Includes both Matrix and Apartment Association led events and meetings
