Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align business strategies and drive successful initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and emerging trends to adapt sales approaches and capitalize on new opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies
