Senior Backend Engineer (Microservices)

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive experience in building and maintaining microservices architecture
- Strong experience in building microservices using NodeJS and related technologies (Express, NestJS, or other)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and hands-on experience with Github actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly in the world of microservices
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across multiple teams

Responsibilities
- Join Spotter's elite engineering team as a Senior Backend Engineer specializing in Microservices and AI
- This role demands a seasoned engineer with a deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and AI technologies
- Your expertise will be instrumental in building and scaling our next-generation backend systems
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient microservices, focusing on high-throughput and low-latency requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into robust, scalable software solutions
- Implement AI algorithms and models to enhance our Creator Tools suite
- Help develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments
- Ensure system reliability by implementing robust monitoring and alerting capabilities
- Maintain and improve our data storage solutions, including relational and NoSQL databases
- Uphold best practices in coding, architecture, and security
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our backend systems remain cutting-edge

- A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $100K-$500K salary per year
