  • VP of Channel Sales - Intelligent, AI, HR/HCM Software Space - 27629663 Our Client is one of the fastest growing players in the Intelligent, AI, HR/HCM Software space, with key differentiators in this market. They are seeking a driven Vice President of Channel Sales. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will lead a Global Channel Sales team and all programs (GSI's, ISV, Tech Partners). You will develop the strategy and vision for our Channel Program as you accelerate new routes to market and growth in our Channel Revenue. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management and will be the focal point for the technical Alliance Partners for all matters. You will own the responsibility of managing and growing our overall Partners Revenue objectives Globally. Partnerships already in place with: Deloitte, Oracle, SAP and 27 others. Current team is comprised of 1 Channel Manager and 3 Channel Reps. Your Channel organization will grow to (10-12) in next 6 months... Our client would prefer a candidate that has a Channel background in the HR/HCM Software space. This is an expansion position and Diversity Candidates are encouraged to apply! Position Overview: This is a Remote, Home Office role ($200K-$275K Base, $360K-$450K @ Plan), No Cap Big Accelerators Upward Mobility Full Benefits Full Expenses)! Responsibilities: Create a clear Enterprise Strategic Channel Vision and Strategy Build and lead all Partnership Programs that will deliver a best-in-class experience and company growth Act as the voice of the Channel internally to ensure cross-functional collaboration in driving Partnerships Enable Partner organizations to engage effectively with companies prospects by driving Partner education, training, sales enablement, and joint Marketing Programs Assume responsibility for Channel Sales pipeline and Quota goals Create and oversee the channel processes, policies, objectives and key initiatives Build & manage Partner forecast process, fully integrated with the overall Sales forecast process Ensure all partners are building the necessary capabilities in demand generation, sales engagement and product knowledge to deliver our join goals Requirements: 15 years' of Enterprise Software Channel experience, preferably in the HR/HCM space, with a track record of developing Strategic and Mutually Beneficial Partnerships Strong track record of consistently Overachieving Revenue Goals Deep Channel expertise (Reseller, ISV, Service Provider, Distribution, GSI) Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure ecosystem is highly preferred Understanding of how partnership sales activities are measured and deemed successful at a board level Demonstrable ability to understand, develop and navigate complex sales cycles involving a variety of stakeholders Must be comfortable operating in an environment where there are often processes and systems that need to be built / optimized in the course of day-to-day business. In high growth companies there's always more to do than people to do it.
