Responsibilities
- Actively sourcing and recruiting candidates that fit our client's needs and wants
- Conduct phone screens to thoroughly evaluate candidates fit for positions
- Manage your own portfolio of candidates
- Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
