Business Development Representative

Qualifications
- You will need to become a significant participant in community building and networking activities
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
Responsibilities
- This is an opportunity for you if you are a goal oriented- people person with a passion for building relationships and chasing the sale
- Develops “circle of influence “ (COF) lists consisting existing customers, prospects and targets in select niches
- Specific target lists should be generated and monitored
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Report to the Sales Manager on weekly sales activity and results
- 8 hour shift
