Qualifications

  • 5 years of relevant work experience in technology services, preferably with marketing Salesforce Products or Services
  • Previous Marketing experience for a Salesforce Partner a strong plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive experience in the development of multi-touch campaigns and execution of email marketing, digital advertising, content creation, SEM, sales enablement and Account Based Marketing with proven results
  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms such as Marketo

Responsibilities

  • This position's priority is to drive demand for the practice and create opportunities from Salesforce
  • The Marketing Manager will help leadership position Sikich as a go-to partner for Salesforce in select industries with the goal of securing joint opportunities
  • Create, manage and implement impactful marketing and sales enablement programs to increase visibility and drive new business opportunities
  • Determine and execute appropriate cross-media marketing mix based on target audience, anticipated reach, required tracking and follow-up
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies including content creation through multiple stages of client acquisition (new prospect, stalled in the sales funnel, etc.)
  • Manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously and on tight deadlines
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing team for PPC campaigns, digital ads, landing pages and website content as needed
  • Write campaign content, including email, and landing page copy, build email templates and modify existing templates that drive audience engagement
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive awareness and sales growth through the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Create nurture programs while employing best practices using marketing automation
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Plan and carry out events to support marketing plans and goals - both virtual and live
  • Execute Account Based Marketing programs for both prospects and existing clients to increase revenue and sales pipeline
  • Deliver campaign reporting, measure effectiveness, and pipeline contribution
