Client.Partners is a B2B ecommerce and collaboration platform that brings Client’s brand to life for our wholesale partners. The Client.Partners Product... Design team is an emerging collective of designers dedicated to deeply understanding marketplace partner needs and crafting experiences that feel distinct and relevant to those users. Using data and empathy, we work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to identify worthy problems to solve and create scalable solutions that tackle users’ goals, needs and challenges. Who we’re looking for You’re the go-to designer on the team taking ownership of every detail of the final design. You confidently apply your knowledge and craft, working independently on several projects simultaneously. You seek opportunities to round out your skills and always present the thinking behind your work. You bring a wide range of concepts to the table and constantly push your team’s view of what’s possible. Who you’ll work with The Client.Partners Team is creating the digital platform that powers Client’s business-to-business go-to-market, storytelling and commerce experiences at scale. You will be a key member of an empowered product team, collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering to engage marketplace partners for understanding and insights obsessing efficient workflows with data, insights and automation. As a key member of this team, you’ll report into the Product Design Director for Client.Partners. What your responsibilities will be Thinking big, innovating and driving execution across Client. Partners Platform towards the future vision of a holistic, connected ecosystem of capabilities for Client’s internal, marketing teammates Designing incredibly polished work that represents the Client brand and product experience through visual comps, wireframes, flows and prototypes Working closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of producers, product managers, project managers, engineers, researchers and fellow designers to discover and understand business, feature, and user requirements that translate into thoughtful design executions Developing design solutions using participatory and iterative techniques including user interviews, observation, usability testing, validation, and design thinking brainstorms and workshops Rapidly iterating and refining design conceptsfrom initial briefing through final delivery Providing helpful feedback to fellow designers during design critiques Evangelizing the Client brand and driving initiatives that strengthen Client’s design culture internally What you bring to Client 5+ years of relevant experience with end-to-end digital product design with proven experience in visual and UX A bachelor’s degree or any combination of education, training and experience in design, UX / UI design, human-computer interaction or a related field Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design, data science, experimentation and execution (expert in one or more areas) Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX / UI / IA design expertise Demonstrated human-centered design approach and insights-based design process Strong design process; ability to contribute new processes or enhancements to cross-functional teams Experience supporting qualitative and quantitative UX research, leading interviews and crafting actionable insights from research data Impeccable attention to detail Exceptional time management skills, providing accurate estimations of planned work Ability to influence or create design patterns or standards that are adopted by other teams Highly proficient with design, prototyping and collaboration tools such as Figma Adobe CC, and Miro Cross-platform design experiences (enterprise tools, web, emails and more) Ability to communicate a vision for the work in a way others can relate to and buy into Ability to establish a holistic look and feel between all pieces of a large project Experience launching software at scale in a fast-paced product organization Passion for the Client brand, sports and for creating high-quality work A fascination with innovation and technology and a solid understanding of digital tools and trends About Client Client is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
