- Exclusively focused on Contingency and Retained Management, Corporate Office, Hourly & Executive Searches
- The clients are already closed-all that is required is for you to source and interview job seekers over the phone or Zoom for positions at different companies and ensure they get placed
- This requires people skills and the ability to influence others
- Warm Inbound Leads + Immediate Contracts & Recruiting Job Orders to work on
- Everyone an Entrepreneur - You're high-energy, emotionally intelligent, self-driven, accountable, highly persuasive, and don't require a ton of handholding to get the job done YET are humble and coachable (leave your ego at the door)
- Always in Integrity - You tell the truth even when it's inconvenient and always do the right thing
- Stoically Structured - You're organized (e.g. use your calendar and write everything down), you over-communicate with others, and have a borderline obsessive knack for those little details to help ensure things don't slip through the cracks
- No Dancing Around Diligence - You're results-oriented and take fast action without hesitation, you continue in a course of action even in the face of difficulty, failures or when someone says no , and you follow-up with people at least 10 times
- Teamwork to Make Dreams Work - You know how to collaborate with others, people enjoy your warmth and charisma (e.g. you smile a lot and can make others laugh), and you know how to resolve interpersonal conflict with ease
- You procrastinate or need your manager to give you hard deadlines to complete tasks
- You're unresponsive, don't communicate, and don't attend team meetings
