Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with regional sales directors, they will enhance regional sales strategies in alignment with global objectives
  • Regional Leadership: Recruits, mentors, and coaches regional sales directors and teams across the globe to build high-performance organizations
  • Revenue Growth: Develops regional sales strategies and goals
  • Drives team to achieve customer acquisition, revenue, and profitability targets
  • Performance Management: Defines regional sales metrics, territories, compensation plans, and incentives that drive results
  • Monitors progress
  • Marketing Alignment: Collaborates with regional marketing leaders to optimize sales coverage, programs, and assets across geographies
  • Reporting: Analyzes regional sales data to identify opportunities, competitive threats, and provide leadership insights
