Responsibilities
- Playing a pivotal role in our expanding Business Development team, your responsibilities will focus on prospecting new accounts and collaborating with Account Executives to establish customer relationships
- Your contributions will be essential in refining Figma's business development strategies, playbooks, and outbound processes
- The ideal candidate for this role possesses an agile and adaptable mindset, values teamwork, and enjoys engaging with our diverse customer base
- Proactively generate interest in Figma’s platform within the target accounts to develop a robust sales pipeline
- Identify potential prospects by analyzing market data, firmographic information, and product-related cues
- Create and enhance prospect messaging to optimize engagement and conversion
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting processes for all sales teams at Figma
