Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a background in clinical mental health, ideally as a licensed therapist
  • Experience in clinical mental health, ideally as a current licensed therapist, but at minimum have been a licensed therapist (There is no clinical practice/patient care with this role)
  • 5-10 years experience in program management or account management roles
  • Spearheaded the development of over customer success plans, resulting in an increase of customer onboarding success rates
  • Experience in building relationships with C-suite executives, particularly within hospitals
  • Exceptional analytical skills, particularly in regards to growth marketing metrics
  • Extremely outcomes-driven

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, outcomes-oriented environment, building relationships with our hospital partners ranging from the Chair of Psychiatry to the Employee Benefits Manager
  • They will also have a background in program management, and be inspired to work with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Lead Marvin’s HR integration with our key health systems partners, integrating our mental health program into their employee benefits system, intranet, and HR resources
  • Lead the relationship with each hospital’s Chair of Psychiatry, facilitating referrals for employees in need of care
  • Drive initial implementation, including IT testing, technical integration, and internal approvals
  • Present key metrics to health system leadership on a quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, clinical, and product to drive continuous improvement of our landing page, signup flow, and core user products
