This entry-level position will provide full training and help employees become proficient in each available service, qualifying customers to match the best service to their customer needs, demonstrating the user interface for each service, and assisting the customer through the activation process

Communicate effectively plans, features, products and services to a variety of customers
Increase visibility of products and services
