Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients
  • Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with our products/services
  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing personalized and proactive support
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within key accounts
  • Monitor key account performance against set goals and KPIs
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify areas for improvement and expansion
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize client satisfaction and retention
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and implement preventive measures
