Qualifications
- Qualified candidates must be able to go into the Lawrenceville, GA office 3 days per week
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the US for any employer without company sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Professional experience doing UX/UI Product Design, including proficiency in Angular or similar front-end languages
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate user research into actionable design recommendations and code
- Experience in usability testing and A/B testing
- Attention to detail and passion for delivering polished, user-friendly interfaces
- Ability to build and maintain positive business relationships
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints
- Assist team members in implementing modern, reactive design concepts from a code perspective
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies for in-depth insights into customer needs, pain points, and preferences
- Develop an understanding of user personas and behaviors to guide design decisions
- Merge user feedback, industry best practices, and stakeholder input to define UX/UI design strategies and goals
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Adobe XD for visualizing and communicating design concepts
- Assist in designing and developing front-end components and code to ensure feasible design solutions
- Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle
- Conduct usability testing to validate design choices and make data-driven improvements
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices
