Qualifications
- Remote Senior Product Designer needs 8+ Years of experience designing rich, interactive web and native applications
- Bachelor's Degree in a degree-related field or equivalent experience
- Modern mobile app expertise and outstanding product design proficiency encompassing both UX and UI
- Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma
- Strong UI, UX and visual design craft and execution
- Experience working closely with product management and engineering teams
- Ability to provide design variations and rational your design choices
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
- Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision
- Experienced with designing and shipping an end to end product with complicated flows, multiple scenarios and edge cases
- Understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understand user and business needs, while maintaining excellent user experience principles
- Innate curiosity to push the boundaries of what's possible in product design and development
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ideate and iterate on design solutions
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new products and features, effectively translating complex ideas
- Clearly communicate potential concept deficiencies and adverse consequences
- Establish and adapt our design system across our ecosystem
- Inspiration in solving complex customer problems, contributing to early-stage product development, reinforcing vision, and maintaining a high bar for quality
- Rapidly prototype and validate design concepts, balancing speed with quality to meet tight deadlines without compromising on the end product
