Responsibilities

  • As a Business Development Representative, you will have the chance to play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth
  • You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting market research, and generating leads through various channels
  • With a customer-centric approach, you will engage with prospects to understand their needs and present our tailored solutions
  • You will play a pivotal role in executing our business development goals and strategies, with the responsibility of tracking progress and reporting results to the Director of Business Development and Project Executive
  • You will work closely with the team to review potential leads, determining which ones should be pursued to foster growth
  • Utilizing our CRM software, you will maintain a comprehensive database of customer contacts, potential leads, opportunities, and High Priority Target (HPT) clients
  • Additionally, you will actively engage with clients throughout projects, ensuring their satisfaction and nurturing future opportunities
  • A key aspect of this role involves developing and maintaining relationships with architects, engineers, and real estate brokers, while also coordinating business networking events
  • Your market research skills will be crucial in promoting Kinsley Steel Division throughout the region of operation, identifying market opportunities, and staying ahead of competitors
  • Collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing teams will ensure a cohesive and professional marketing program, with the creation of impactful presentations and documents that highlight Kinsley's competitive advantages
  • You will also provide support to the project team, assisting with budgeting, estimates, and proposal development
