Qualifications
- We're looking for a Customer Success Manager with a customer-centric mindset and hands-on experience in the construction industry
- 3+ years in customer success or related roles within enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of the needs and challenges specific to AEC users (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
- Experience in analyzing customer data to drive success strategies
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Do you have experience with prefab (prefabricated construction)
- Do you have 2-3+ years of experience in customer success roles?
- Driven and motivated to succeed
- 30-min Screening call with a recruiter
- Quick introductory call with a co-founder (30 min)
Responsibilities
- The technology developed by our client helps workers optimize their work by helping them identify the ONE most important document they need at a time
- Plus, the worker can easily order supply to build the construction module like a puzzle
- You'll be responsible for customer onboarding, ongoing support, and driving customer success for the products and features
- Your understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry will enable you to offer tailored solutions and high-quality experiences to our customers
- Serve as the go-to authority for customers, guiding them through their journey
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to relay customer needs and contribute to product improvement
- Use analytics and customer interaction data to drive strategies for customer success and retention
- Conduct customer training webinars, write help articles, and maintain the FAQ section to improve the customer experience
- Foster and build a community of satisfied customers who can act as brand ambassadors
