Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Responsibilities
- The Recruiter will play a crucial role in building strong teams, fostering a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and facilitate assessment tests or exercises as needed
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization and its values to prospective candidates
- Job Advertising and Marketing:
- Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Utilize social media and other platforms to market job opportunities and enhance the company’s employer brand
- Maintain Recruitment Metrics:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies in all recruitment activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
