Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic Recruiter by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network
- Responsible for handling IT requirements for US region
- Responsible for complete talent acquisition cycle : sourcing, scheduling interviews, salary / rates negotiation, and candidates' closure for assigned requisitions
- Strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
- Validation of resumes for experience and verification of work status
- Responsible for exercising discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates
- Actively use both internal and external digital platforms to develop & execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships
