National Service Manager

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team of field service technicians within the manufacturing space
- Previous experience creating and running reporting, dashboards and analytics within an ERP system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organization and clients
Responsibilities
- The National Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a remote, field based team of service technicians based throughout the United States, as well as an administrative support team who assist with scheduling
- The National Service Manager must be familiar working with industrial environments and clients and must be comfortable utilizing an ERP system to track and manage customer and financial information
- The National Service Manager will be a leader in the company and will report directly to the President
