Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of success in complex, consultative sales
  • Proficiency in uncovering and understanding customer business challenges and aligning Frontier business solutions to meet overall objectives
  • Experience in solution selling, with the ability to bring new perspectives to target accounts and generate new demand
  • Skill in identifying and effectively communicating customer value propositions and linking solutions to customer strategies
  • Proficiency in sales cycle management and Salesforce
  • Minimum of 10+ years of B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • They develop credibility by understanding customer needs and proposing comprehensive solutions
  • As a key contributor in this role, you will hold the responsibility of overseeing the renewal cycle while expertly managing your valuable customer base
  • Your mission will be to optimize customer retention, drive expansion opportunities, and seize every up-selling possibility
  • Building strategic partnerships and articulating client strategies for business expansion
  • Negotiating contracts and ensuring client retention
  • Influenced stakeholders, providing sales guidance, and addressing objections
  • Finding sales solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and optimizing operational efficiency
  • Nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, including C-Level Executives
  • Driving revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Prospecting for new revenue streams and implementing comprehensive Account Plans
  • You'll travel locally to meet with prospects and clients, with an occasional in-office commute.[HA1]
