Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of progressively responsible experience
  • 6 years of experience leading enterprise level business process management solutions (e.g. Pega, Bizagi, Appian, iGrafx, etc.) with the proven ability to assess situations, align and understand company goals, and be adept at translating strategy into execution
  • Strong focus on managing relationship with third-party vendors and senior internal stakeholders
  • 6 years of strong technical understanding of infrastructure/ecosystem required to deploy such solutions
  • 6 years of demonstrated end-to-end enterprise level business process management implementation alongside enabling systems implementation, including discovering, mining, documenting, modeling, analyzing, improving, and measuring optimized business processes
  • 6 years of demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple requests and obligations to facilitate a smooth, organized workflow, while achieving committed results on time
  • 6 years of excellent writing and verbal communication skills and an ability to engage with senior internal/external stakeholders and to communicate complex topics into easy-to-understand messages
  • 6 years of proven ability to create and communicate strategies at all levels of the organization, and highly effective at building, nurturing, and leveraging relationships

Responsibilities

  • The Process Transformation Solutions Sr Consultant will work in a team of process improvement experts with accountability for delivering on a broad range of projects, varying in risk, size, and complexity, while aligning to business strategies
  • The Process Transformation Solutions Sr Consultant provides support to achieve business results as well as educates and creates awareness of Process Improvement/Transformation methodologies across the Bank

  • The Process Transformation Solutions Sr Consultant will be focused on supporting the design/deployment of a new Business Process Management (BPM) solution, day-to-day administration of the BPM solution, and providing first level of support for Lines of Business/Support Functions as it pertains to the BPM solution
  • Create and design requirements documentation for functionality required in new BPM solution being deployed
  • Create and design deployment schedule for BPM solution in collaboration with third-party vendor and internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for managing realistic expectations around BPM solution capabilities and deployment timeframe
  • Responsible for communicating development timeframe to all levels of the of the organization
  • Responsible for being the main POC in the organization as to the capabilities and functionality of the BPM solution
  • Manage day-to-day administration of the BPM solution which could include the following tasks: user administration, new functionality/software releases, monitoring of solutions, KPIs, etc
  • Manage overall relationship with BPM solution vendor
  • Work collaboratively with LOBs/Support Functions as part of deployment of BPM solution across the enterprise
  • Responsible for managing support or escalation inquiries related to BPM solution
  • Responsible for establishing support process which clearly delineates level of priority/urgency, SLAs, and mitigation plans for such requests/issues
  • Responsible for establishing process for coordination with third-party vendors requiring their assistance/input
  • Execution and Monitoring
  • Proactively and continuously engage BPM vendor to ensure latest features and updates are incorporated into deployed solution
  • Monitor LOB/Support Functions needs and support as needed
  • Partner with key stakeholders to optimize the solution and achieve a high adoption rate
