The main responsibilities of the successful Content Marketing Specialist will be as follows:

Brand and Style Guide Adherence:

Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and style guide, maintaining consistency and compliance across various mediums.

Project Management from Start to Finish:

Oversee entire content projects, ensuring they align with marketing goals and are completed within set deadlines.
Collaborate with digital marketers and marketing leads to ensure content supports broader marketing and sales strategies.

Independent Content Creation and Management:

Handle all aspects of content creation, from conceptualization and writing to editing and publishing for inbound and outbound initiatives.
Utilize HubSpot for creating landing pages, marketing emails, sequences, social media management, and sales enablement.
Regularly utilize WordPress to update and maintain the website, ensuring content is current, user-friendly, and accurately reflects our brand and messaging goals.

SEO and Paid Advertising Execution:

Work with a team to develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and rankings.
Work with a team to create and manage paid advertising campaigns, optimizing for maximum impact and ROI.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

Utilize analytics tools to track content performance, using insights for continuous improvement and strategy refinement.
Report on content effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future content initiatives.

Slide Deck Development and Management:

Create and update slide decks for presentations, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and aligned with brand standards.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.

Innovation and Creativity:

Bringing new ideas and creative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of content strategies.

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
