The Sr Manager, NE/MOD Enablement is responsible for the evolution and dissemination of selling tools and actions to drive incremental salespersons / sales management productivity.

The ideal candidate will have an innovative mind focused on improving for our global workforce. As a member of our Sales Enablement & Process NE/MOD team, you will focus on the sales rep & customer experience and be able to work across multiple stakeholders to get results.

Role Description:

Align with and support sales strategies and objectives
Create a competency model for field/inside sales forces, as well as other supporting roles, through data analytics and reports
Create, select, deploy, manage, and measure sales programs
Leverage sales management as agents of enablement, generate adoption
Manage tools enhancements with business representative’s eyes
Manage potential external vendors and suppliers of enablement related training and tools
Seek ways to improve processes, from small tweaks to complete reengineering. Collaborate closely with sales processes team to develop, document end-to-end sales processes and standard work
Increase sales efficiency for NE/MOD reps and demonstrate measured results
Collaborate with sales enablement and regional sales leaders to deliver action

Requirements:

Prior experience and success in NE/MOD branch
Clear understanding of branch sales and their pain points strongly desired
Demonstrated success working with multiple teams and departments to achieve projects goals
Ability to interpret and create reports, flowcharts, schedules, budgets, and step-by-step action plans
Strong skills in time management, facilitation, organization, leadership, and governance
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate across multiple regions
Desire and ability to work across international zones and countries

Education:Bachelor’s degree required, supplemented by 5+ years business experience, data, and analytics acumen.

Travel:This position will require ~20% travel.

Location:This position is a remote position and can sit anywhere in NAA, EMEA, or APAC.
