Job Overview:

The Clinical Staff Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the needs of our private practice ENT and Allergy clinics. The role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The recruiter will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and ensure that these are met with skilled and compatible professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Recruitment Strategies:
Collaborate with department managers to understand specific clinical staffing needs.
Develop targeted recruitment strategies for various clinical roles, including nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals.
Create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize specialized healthcare job boards, social media, professional networks, and other resources to source candidates.
Screen applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Interview Coordination and Assessment:
Coordinate interview schedules with clinical department heads and panels.
Facilitate and participate in interview processes.
Assess candidates’ clinical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Relationship Building and Networking:
Attend healthcare career fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote opportunities and build a talent pool.
Establish and maintain relationships with medical schools, residency programs, and other educational institutions.
Compliance and Credential Verification:
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in the recruitment process.
Verify candidates’ credentials, certifications, and licenses.
Offer Management and Onboarding:
Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Coordinate with HR and department managers to facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation.
Recruitment Reporting and Analysis:
Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on recruitment activities.
Analyze recruitment trends in the healthcare industry to improve practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Experience in recruiting, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
Strong understanding of clinical roles, credentials, and healthcare industry standards.
Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
