Join BSI Financial Services as aB2C Campaign Marketing Manager. The successful candidate for this marketing manager role is a moderately experienced marketer and is responsible for managing the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to BSI’s portfolio of borrowers. The primary area of focus is supporting the Lending team to drive retention and recapture of the BSI portfolio.

This is a new role and reports to the Senior Vice President, Marketing. The ideal candidate is strategic and creative; and is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing; and strive under tight deadlines to meet and exceed BSI’s company goals.

What You Will Do

Execute email campaigns based on the approved design structure and value propositions, taking into consideration the portfolio characteristics / market environment
Gather borrower and market insights to inform outreach strategies to increase borrower retention and recapture rates within the BSI portfolio of customers
Develop campaign collateral (e.g., emails, flyers, inserts, social media, etc.)
Lead the planning and execution of B2C marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and collaboration from the Lending team.
Own and maintain the B2C marketing content calendar.
Identify effectiveness and impact of B2C marketing campaigns with tracking and analysis; and optimize accordingly.
Partner with Business Analysts and Product Managers to conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future B2C campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
Identify trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
In conjunction with the SVP, Marketing, help establish positioning, develop marketing plans with specific objectives across lending, servicing, and branding.
Partner with Lending, Servicing, Branding, Information Technology teams and external agency partner(s) to design, test, and evolve marketing tactics.
Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet business unit objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, direct mail, video, text, and social media.
Assist the SVP, Marketing in conceptualizing and executing multichannel campaigns while ensuring the alignment of BSI’s brand voice and value propositions across all channels.
Manage content and updates for borrower and internal touch points, document business processes and provide sales support.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
4-6 years related job experience (mortgage/financial services marketing experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (a plus)
Ability to build solid working relationships with cross-functional counterparts

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time hybrid position working from our headquarters in Irving, TX. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
