This position will be based in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Initial training for the first 6 months will be provided in our Gaithersburg, MD location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Identify and anticipate operational problems by observing and studying the existing system, discussing and working with production supervisors and workers, and troubleshooting machines.
Improve operational results by recommending process re-design and implementing changes, including designing specifications for new machinery, writing new work instructions and working with operations team to train employees.
Coordinate engineering team to ensure all machinery runs smoothly.
Put together detailed report explaining the entire operational system of the factory, including all air handling, plumbing and electrical schematics, machine specifications, work instructions, quality assurance systems, and installation and implementation plans for all machinery and systems.
Other duties deemed essential and assigned.
