Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Supports all aspects of sales cycle through the CRM to reduce the administrative burden on the sales and account management teams
Coordinates efforts with sales and executive leadership to get opportunities, quotes, SOWs, and contracts executed
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure proper flow of information and clear understanding processes supporting revenue operations
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives for sales and identifies opportunities for efficiency with the sales team
Uses Excel and Salesforce.com expertise to support reporting for business insights
Administers the sales training program and coordinates ongoing sales training events
Set up and maintain dashboards and reports in the CRM
Leads the continual and ongoing process ensuring CRM customer data is accurate and up to date
Work closely with CRM team to increase efficiency in existing processes. Identify and make recommendations to eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Serve as initial point of contact for sales operations related support for the CRM
Provide support for cross-functional financial processes including commissions automations

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Minimal travel is required for this role.

Education And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years supporting revenue operations teams including sales and finance departments preferred
Experience with Salesforce and reporting tools including standard Reports and Dashboards preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required including working ability to utilize pivot tables, charting, formulas, VLOOKUPs
Intermediate Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills to support creating and editing reference guides and presentations
Data Analytics experience – preferred
