Business Unit Description

Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today’s changing healthcare environment.

Job Title/High Level Position Summary

Responsible to assist in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and support of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system improvements. The ERP Analyst will work with business units to understand their processes and needs and will translate those needs into system requirements. He or she will also be responsible to assist in the configuring the ERP system to meet those requirements, as well as testing the system to ensure it meets the needs of the business units. The ERP Analyst will also be responsible for providing training to business users on how to use the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

Creating reports to monitor business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Identifying and recommending improvements to existing processes based on industry best practices and current technology trends.
Maintaining and updating master data such as customer information, vendor information, product information, etc.
Assist in the implementing of new ERP software systems and training users on how to use the new system.
Providing support for day-to-day operations by troubleshooting issues with existing systems or developing new systems as needed to support new business requirements.
Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in business operations.
Understand how different systems work together and identify any potential problems that could occur.

Minimum Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
5 years’ experience in working with Supply Chain and internal Manufacturing ERP applications.
High performing organizational skills to manage projects and timelines. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to positively communicate and work with end users.

Travel Requirements

Physical Requirements:

Lift, carry, pull up to 25 pounds.
Stand or sit for extended periods of time.

Desired Characteristics

Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical co-workers and to understand their needs and requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships and teamwork across a variety of functions.
Experience with Oracle or similar software required and Kinaxis preferred.
