We are looking for an Operations Manager- Insulation, who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic! Must have P& L experience managing the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections. As an Operations Manager, you can grow your career in many directions: Regional Manager/Leader and beyond. What You'll Do As An Operations Manager

Model Leadership; Connect with the people that you lead; Multiply talent.
Lead Operations teams through local leaders who deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely.
Operations: Full P&L responsibility.
Processes/Compliance: Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.
Achieve operational goals/metrics.
Provide on the job training through self or others.
Other duties as assigned.

What You Need To Succeed (required)

4+ increasing responsibility and managerial experience preferred construction/installation, trades.
Full P&L experience.
Clear Post Offer Drug Screen.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
