Our clients span numerous industries, with an emphasis in luxury weddings, health and wellness. We are looking for a candidate, who handles a fast-paced culture for a booming business and is looking to further establish their career and be along for the ride. The company is fully remote and operates on EST.

Job Overview:

As the Sales Ops Manager, you will be an integral part of the Sales process here at TMS working collectively with the Sales team to manage, assist and coordinate all new business initiatives. As a newly minted team and role within the organization, you’ll assist in the development and implementation of this team and how it collaborates within and across the agency to expand our client portfolio. You will be responsible for working closely with the Sales team members in cultivating relationships with potential clients and businesses, understanding their unique needs and developing tailored solutions that showcase our agency’s expertise in creating exquisite digital strategies.

The successful candidate has a proven track record in working among a Sales team, ideally in an agency setting, in establishing new business operations and supporting the team in closing deals and opportunities. You will report to the CEO of The Media Socialites.

Primary Responsibilities

Attends all internal and external meetings with the Sales team to ensure any/all information from potential prospects is captured, saved, organized and shared with appropriate parties
Leads collaboration with the creative and strategy teams to design and present bespoke digital marketing solutions that align with each client's brand identity and objectives. Effectively communicate the value of our services and the ROI they can achieve.
Develops and builds all prospect proposals and presentations for the Sales team ensuring agency guidelines and branding are upheld
Creates and manages the sales pipeline alongside the Sales team utilizing CRM tools to track leads, opportunities and sales activities.
Succesfully onboard new clients alongside the Sales and Operation teams.
Collaborate with all executive team members to align sales strategy with business goals
Ensures agency case studies are developed and kept up to date
Works closely with the CEO to ensure all external documents are up to TMS standards
Continuously optimizes the Sales team processes and procedures to ensure efficiencies and workflows align with business goals
Assists in all new business-related tasks across the agency

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a Sales ops or new business role
Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Deep understanding of digital + integrated marketing and how to curate marketing strategies and campaigns for brands across all facets of marketing
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence
Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Proficient in using Google Suite and Canva
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field is preferred
Marketing/creative agency experience preferred

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years in a Sales ops or new business role
Minimum of 2 years in digital and integrated marketing (social media, email marketing, performance marketing, campaigns, etc.)
Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time
