As an experiencedSales Operations Manageryou’ll make a significant impact in a rapidly growing startup.

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to play a key role in shaping our Sales and Marketing processes from scratch. As the driving force behind organising and optimising our HubSpot CRM system, you'll strategically streamline workflows, implement automation, and foster seamless collaboration with our sales team. Your expertise will be pivotal in building the foundations of the Sales Operations in our scale-up environment.

Organize and optimize HubSpot CRM to enhance efficiency in lead qualification, management, and deal closing
Develop and implement workflows to streamline both inbound and outbound sales processes
Document and create sales playbooks to guide the team through the lead qualification to deal closure stages
Work closely with the Billing & Operation teams to integrate tools such as Stripe, ensuring seamless processes with HubSpot
Create reports and dashboards for pipeline and sales forecasts, leveraging CRM data and other relevant metrics
Implement and enforce best practices to maintain a clean and organized CRM system.
Continuously optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Take charge of the tool stack for marketing and sales, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
Implement automation solutions to increase productivity and reduce manual tasks within the sales processes

About You:

Proven experience in setting up and optimizing sales organizations, ideally in a startup and scale-up environment
In-depth understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and automation tools (within Hubspot or Salesforce)
Experience with revenue operations and integrating tools like Stripe.
Ability to develop and document processes, sales playbooks, and ensure CRM hygiene.
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Familiarity with marketing operations and ability to work closely with marketing teams.
Clear communicator and team collaborator
