The Role

As the founding Growth Marketer, you'll be Siro's first marketing hire. You will own our content, website, socials, and a sizable budget for growing awareness of Siro and finding new companies for us to help. We will count on you to drive awareness through both content creation, classic growth levers, and building strong relationships with influencers in our space.

You will

Drive our social and influencer marketing
Identify, network, and maintain relationships with influencers and thought leaders in the industry.
Coordinate partnerships (/influencer marketing campaigns) for content co-creation, podcast appearances, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Manage our socials, primarily Instagram
Create content like customer testimonial videos, video content from podcasts/webinars/speaking events, and distributable assets (like case-studies, best-practices guides, etc.)
Nurture leads through direct and drip marketing
Manage paid and performance marketing
Own our online presence including our website, and amplify and protect our Siro brand

To deliver on the above, you'll also

Manage a sizable budget
Create and track marketing KPIs, including lead attribution and ROI measurement
Co-create and iterate on our marketing strategy
Work directly with the founders, Joe and Jake, daily and be counted on to tell them when they’re wrong

Requirements

This is our founding marketing hire, and an independent contributor role. You'll need to hustle and be self-directed, and be able to operate at both the 10,000-foot view and the 1-foot view.

3-6 years of professional experience
Excellent graphic design & video editing skills (or experience working with contractors & know what good looks like)
Proven success with social media marketing
Excellent communication skills with internal and external audiences

Nice-to-have

Experience curating & managing an audience
Experience at a pre Series-B startup
Familiar with the influencers in the door-to-door sales or home improvement/home services spaces

Compensation

$100k-$150k + equity depending on experience and skills
