We are currently seeking anAssociateDirector of Commercial Effectivenessto join our team. As the NeuroPace Commercial team continues to grow the need for a robust sales force effectiveness program is critical. This leadership role will be responsible for the buildout and execution of sales training, management development, strategic initiative and new product training, as well as sales process improvement program development and roll out. This person will also partner with the VP of Sales and Commercial Operations to identify and implement sales strategies and programs to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force. This person will be responsible for providing innovative and effective input into identifying field force activities, initiatives, training needs, and process improvements to enhance customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

One direct report, sales training manager, that requires oversight, feedback, guidance and support
Accountable to the development, coordination, and execution of commercial training inclusive of:

New Hire Training and Advanced Sales Training
Management/Leadership Training
Sales Process Training
New Product/Strategic Initiative training programs
FCE on-going training
Field Sales Train the Trainer program

Development of critical sales training performance and tracking tools and driving awareness and visibility to these tools to the region managers and VP of Sales
Develop and provide weekly and quarterly report out of sales training program milestones and progress
Assist commercial operations and VP of sales in the development of business planning tools and the training of tools

QBR Templates
Business Reviews in SFDC
DIXI Business Planning tools

Assist with report outs for quarterly business reviews, board meetings, commercial calls, national sales meeting, mid-year meetings, field advisory board meetings and weekly field leadership meetings

Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years’ sales training/commercial effectiveness experience within the medical device industry. Experience with Class III implantable devices preferred
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts required
Experience developing commercial effectiveness programs and tracking tools
Demonstrated verbal, written communication and presentation skills
PC and mobile based communication at a professional level, suited for peers, for corporate and for customer contact
Business analysis and sales tracking skills
Proficient with word, excel, power point and Microsoft Office Programs
Preferred location on the West Coast with ability to travel up to 50% for field support, learning and critical business meetings.
Valid Driver’s License

Salary $185K-$200K Base Compensation
