With global expansion approaching, SWTHZ is looking to bring on a senior marketing

executive with a deep understanding of brand experience, growth marketing and rapid

expansion.

Job Summary

The marketing team’s mission is to drive growth in 3 vectors: brand awareness, customer

acquisition and customer lifetime value for all LFC portfolio businesses. As CMO you will play

a critical role in shaping and executing our national, regional & local initiatives across all

brands. You will be a beacon of growth helping us capture the global category leader

position.

This role requires an expert strategist and operator capable of managing all marketing

functions and making decisions by leveraging data and insights. You will lead a team in an

ultra-fast paced environment.

Who is the right person for this role

You are a highly technical performance growth marketer that is proficient in brand building.

You have a proven track record of scaling companies from $25M to $150M+ in revenue, by

overseeing all aspects of marketing and helping organizations bring their vision to market

and optimize customer acquisition and lifetime value strategies.

You are a player coach, who can build the infrastructure and manage the team to drive

business outcomes.

What you will do:

Defining and implementing our national and local level paid social, paid search, organic/SEO and social media strategies
Build SWTHZ into a global social media phenomenon, which includes growing social count through various organic and paid initiatives
Manage and build SWTHZ list of influencer partners
Lead the performance marketing team with end-to-end ideation, execution performance and analysis of all initiatives specific to the marketing funnel:
Brand awareness & lead generation initiatives
Lead & prospect nurturing to drive acquisition

- Customer nurturing to drive CLTV and referrals

- Brand vision and product positioning through:

- Social media strategy & execution to drive customer acquisition

- Internal sales and marketing campaigns

Oversee the marketing efforts and strategies of our new store openings
Marketing brand fund management and reporting
Overseeing all marketing communications to franchisees, PR, and global brand facing communications
Oversight of our technology stack/providers that powers all customer acquisition and member experiences
Provider updates to senior leadership on performance and new initiatives

What does success look like:

Rapid increase in social following, and online brand engagement by building a social media content strategy that drives repeat visits
Top ranking for all things organic relative to keywords
Significant improvement in ROAS, CAC and CLTV
Optimizing our entire digital UI/UX for customer acquisition and member experience, by co-developing our omni-channel member experience
Increasing member engagement online and in studio, through digital member engagement initiatives

Qualifications

3+ years in a senior marketing leadership role for DTC brands
5+ years experience of performance marketing
Expert-level knowledge in all things digital: website optimization, SEO, SEM, paid
social, content marketing & social media marketing
Deep understanding of story telling, brand building and content creation
Proven track record of owning and leading marketing campaigns resulting in tangible
business outcomes
