Job Overview

Provide first and second-level technical support for applications, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with end-users to understand and troubleshoot software-related problems.
Log, track, and manage support incidents using our ticketing system, prioritizing and escalating as necessary.
Install, configure, and maintain software applications and related infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application performance and user experience.
Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
Create and maintain detailed documentation on common issues, solutions, and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation and seasonal extended schedule to provide 24/7 support as needed.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Serve as main technical contact for internal and external customers.

Requirements

.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in application support or a related technical support role.
Strong knowledge of software applications, troubleshooting methodologies, and technical problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with database management systems and understanding of SQL queries.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of analytics and reporting software. e.g.(Qlik, PowerBi, or Tableau)
Familiarity with ticketing systems and project management software. e.g. (JIRA, Monday.com, etc.)
Familiarity with version control and software development tools. e.g. (GitHub, Visual Studio, JetBrain)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
