About The Role

As an Executive Assistant at The Tower, you will be a key support function for our executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. You will play a pivotal role in managing schedules, handling communications, and providing essential administrative support to our leadership.

Responsibilities

Calendar and Schedule Management:

Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prioritize and arrange appointments to maximize executive efficiency.

Communication and Correspondence:

Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external parties.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive team.

Meeting Coordination:

Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and materials.
Attend and document meetings, distributing minutes and action items as needed.

Travel and Logistics:

Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
Handle logistics for executive travel, including accommodations and transportation.

Administrative Support:

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
Maintain confidential records and files.
Complete expense reports and manage executive expenses.

Project Assistance:

Support executives with various special projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments and team members as needed.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software and calendar management tools.
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach.
