What are we looking for?

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be an impactful member of our product team, working to solve problems, influenced by customer-centric qualitative and quantitative data, and build simple yet exceptional user experiences. You will with a tight knit "Product Quad" (Design, Engineering, Product Management, and Product Marketing work as a unit)... this Quad owning projects from start to finish; shaping opportunities, stating and testing assumptions, defining solutions aimed at desired outcomes, and executing on a continuous value delivery-focused empowered product team.

This role demands a high degree of adaptability and a forward-thinking approach to design and must be capable of rapidly responding to evolving market trends and business needs. The Senior Product Designer plays a crucial part in shaping the platform’s architecture and ensuring its alignment with the company's strategic growth objectives. This position calls for a designer who can navigate the complexities of software operations while delivering design solutions that enhance user engagement and contribute significantly to the platform's overall value and success

Specific Responsibilities:

Conduct user interviews and research
Develop and refine core platform systems
Adapt to market trends and business needs
Create compelling design solutions that significantly improve user engagement
Collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Engage in the continuous improvement cycle
Effective UX writing and communication
Proficient in A/B testing and data analysis
Write effective Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Job Requirements:

Extensive SaaS Experience and Strong Portfolio: Demonstrate experience in SaaS product design, evidenced by a diverse and impactful portfolio that showcases user-centric solutions aligning with business goals.
Exceptional Adaptability and Flexibility: Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and changing projects, maintaining effectiveness in varied and evolving situations, and flexibility in problem-solving approaches.
Strong Collaboration and Communication Skills: Essential ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, integrate diverse feedback, and clearly communicate design concepts in line with the company's evolving objectives.

Compensation:This role pays a base salary between $90,000 and $110,000 with an additional $10,000 in bonus potential. Check out our philosophy on pay ranges to get a better idea of how we handle deciding what the offer should be.

Early = $90,000 + $10k bonus= $100,000 on- target salary
Mid = $100,000 + $10k bonus= $110,000 on- target salary
Advanced = $110,000 + $10k bonus= $120,000 on-target salary
