What will you be doing?

As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify, target, and engage with Director, VP, and C-suite executives at potential client companies. You will use your communication and relationship-building skills to set meetings for our sales team and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Lead Generation: Use various channels, including research, social media, cold calling, and email, to generate leads and create a robust pipeline of potential meetings.
Engagement: Initiate contact with targeted executives through personalized outreach to introduce our products/services and establish interest.
Qualification: Assess the suitability of potential clients by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
Meeting Setting: Secure appointments with Director, VP, and C-suite executives for final sales pitches, ensuring all meetings align with our sales objectives.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and key stakeholders through regular follow-ups and strategic communication.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, lead status, and meeting outcomes in the CRM system.

Who you are:

1+ years of experience in outbound sales
Ability to proactively make a significant number of emails & phone calls per day
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and management
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
Self-motivated and driven attitude where you will work towards achieving new goals
Highly coachable, eager to learn and grow
Logistics experience is a plus.
Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
