THE OPPORTUNITY

The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning and managing the company's events, including national and state conferences, as well as off-site events. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with the sales, product, and marketing teams to manage the events calendar and related logistics, including registration, presentation proposal submission, shipping and fulfillment logistics, and tracking expenses to budget. You will also be responsible for inventory and logistics of all exhibiting materials to ensure that the company is appropriately marketed at every event, providing maximum exposure. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement & Strategic Partnerships.

We are looking for someone who brings together problem-solving, excellent writing, keen attention to detail, efficient project management, and a multi-tasking extraordinaire.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning and execution of all event-related details and logistics, including conference space and attendee registrations, event materials sourcing, shipment of materials, and coordination of on-site social events, etc.
Coordinate pre- and post-event meetings with all relevant stakeholders.
Serve as the main point of contact for on-site staff at all events.
Collaborate with the team to research and secure sponsorships and event opportunities that will drive maximum return on investment.
