Your Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative for our client, youll be:

Engaging with new and existing customers, initiating outbound calls to uncover sales opportunities, and cultivating strong customer relationships.
Collaborating closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and high-quality service experience for all customers.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable and competitive service.
Utilizing Label Traxx ERP software for efficient customer interaction tracking and order management.
Embarking on occasional territory travel to enhance customer engagement and sales potential.

Were Excited About You Because:

Youve earned a high school diploma/GED; if you bring additional sales training or experience, even better.
Youre adept in Microsoft Office and have familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Label Traxx.
Your communication game is strong, with excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
You have a background in outbound call centers or sales, showcasing stellar customer service and cold calling talents.
Targets motivate you, not intimidate you, thanks to your acute listening and sales prowess.
